Chronic Back Pain and Knee Treatments!

I have been living with chronic back pain for a while. I also have bad (old and worn out) knees. All that now sums up a sedimentary lifestyle that Of course it was on a weekend and the referrals from friends were to offices that were closed that Saturday. But this was a blessing in disguise. Dr. Ledia Mati does have Saturday hours. (God bless her!) And her receptionist got me in right away! She helped out of pain in under an hour, Gave me aids (taping), exercises and stretches to do. (not unlike the aforementioned book) but in the correct order! I walked out of her office, pain free.
